family room excellent location friendly staff
the family room featured two bathrooms, which suited a family with six adults. i found the location excellent for walking. catching the subway to sightsee was also very easy. the staff were friendly.

ac issues surprise fee
The ac situation was a disaster. It was so hot i thought i'd melt. we asked for help. They promised someone would come, but i suspect they forgot because nobody ever showed. also, there was this surprise 'facility fee' tacked on daily. what facilities? the ones where nobody fixed the ac? i'm still scratching my head over that one.

a splendid stay near times square
ample space clean towels easy access
The family room offered ample space. It was great (a real bonus for us). clean towels arrived daily, which i appreciated. the location allowed a nice walk to times square. I found it easily accessible. penn station was also close.
The bar seemed to have limited options. I wished for a better selection of wines.

the front desk staff acted friendly and helpful. the cleaning crew replenished our room each day. bottled water and fresh towels were provided, which i valued and i felt cared for.

acceptable experience
mini fridge convenient location dirty floor bad service
the hotel is just a short walk from madison square garden. it was convenient for a concert. the room was clean and it had everything i needed. a mini fridge was included.
my room floor needs to be mopped better? the hotel is located a half block from subway transportation. the location being next to a police station. but the service at the bar was not excellent.

convenient location family room
The hotel location is convenient. It is near the bus station and Times Square (a short walk). The front desk staff was efficient. M D changed our originally booked room to a family roomwith sleeping options for adults.
The room temperature would not go below 23 degrees (even with AC set to maximum).

amazing stay and great price!
safe area amazing price accommodating hotel
the rooms were awesome. i saw a amazing price and it still offered so much. it was in a safe area and the hotel felt so accommodating. i will definitely be coming back.
the front desk seemed overwhelmed. the line was too long. i saw only one guy working, and he wasnt friendly. my room wasnt ready at the time promised. this was inconvenient because I had to get ready for a formal event in a bathroom as a result.

i could easily grab bagels and bring them back to the hotel. there are many areas to sit around the bar. it was nice to see another family eating food they also brought back.

Good Midtown Stop
family suite great location
I found a family suite that works great for our group. Its location is also great. Food options were plentiful and within a short walk from many attractions I wanted to see. We really enjoyed the accessibility.
The AC unit in the room was loud and made sleeping difficult. I wish the room have a microwave for convenience. I also noticed noises from outside made its way into the room.

The staff answered questions clearly. They were available at the front desk and in the lobby. I noted the reception area was always staffed, made check-in quick and check-out easy. That mattered to me.

The hotel has a café area that looks simple. It has coffee available all day. The breakfast area includes eggs, potatoes, and bacon. I found this offer suitable.

The hotel offers luggage storage after checkout that runs smoothly. The lobby has ample space with plenty of seating. This made waiting less stressful. I saw many guests appreciated these amenities.
